Classes are open to all skill and strength levels and will focus on the mechanics of the specific movements so that you can do them safely and effectively. Each class is designed so that even if you miss a day, you’ll still hit all the movements a few times before the class is over.

$15-40 per class

The cost of the first class will act as your deposit and will need to be paid up front. After that you’re welcome to pay for all the classes in a batch or to pay weekly. Since these are in such high demand, you will be responsible for the cost each week even if you’re unable to attend.

Generally, classes will be held outside on a semi-private, sheltered patio with shade and rain protection. If you have heat sensitivities and need to lift in an air conditioned space, the indoor space can be made available with some advance notice. Just let me know when  you fill out the booking form. Masks are still required for all group classes.
