BEGINNER
One of my favorite things about coaching beginners is watching people be surprised by how strong they already are. Lifting is a sport that anyone can start at anytime and that includes you! Sessions include info about efficient form, programming, strength development, and the physics behind lifting so that you have a well rounded and thorough understanding of your new favorite sport.
INTERMEDIATE
If you're ready to take it to the next level or if you've hit a plateau, I'm happy to help! My knowledge and experience from over a decade of coaching means I'm equipped to adapt training for any athlete. Plus, I'm dedicated to staying up to date on the science of strength training so you can trust that my approach is based in the most current information. Coaching for intermediate lifters focuses on programming and finessing your technique so that you can maximize your training.

Interested in lifting while a crowd cheers you on? Let's get you ready for meets! In order to allow for plenty of prep time, I recommended that we begin coaching at least 12 weeks from the date of your intended meet.
